The Biden administration is considering lifting sanctions on Iran’s supreme leader Ali Khamenei, NBC news reported on Saturday.
The report indicated that the move is part of ongoing US-Iran negotiations over Tehran’s nuclear program. The sanctions on Khamenei were imposed by the Trump administration in 2018.
