The additional offering increased the fund’s total asset value by $186.9 million (SAR 702 million) to $479.3 million (SAR 1.80 billion) across in-kind and cash subscriptions and additional Shariah-compliant financing.
SEDCO Capital said a total of 78,231 subscription requests were received from 227,192 individual and institutional investors. The fund offered up to $86.5 million (SAR 325 million) through in-kind subscriptions.
