Mediclinic Middle East, one of the UAE’s largest private hospital groups with seven hospitals and more than 20 outpatient clinics spread across Dubai, Abu Dhabi, and Al Ain, has announced an initiative to hire 1,000 Emiratis to increase UAE national representation in the private and semi-government sectors.

Mediclinic Middle East already employs a number of Emiratis in clinical and non-clinical positions, and it actively recruits Emiratis for a variety of medical and allied health positions through established educational affiliations with institutions such as Mohammed Bin Rashid University of Medical and Health Sciences, Fatima College of Health Sciences, United Arab Emirates University, Al Ain University, and Abu Dhabi University. The new scheme, on the other hand, will include a learning academy for young UAE citizens to develop and prepare for a variety of roles across the company, with clear career development connected to performance requirements.
