On Thursday, Crown Prince of Abu Dhabi and Deputy Supreme Commander of the Armed Forces Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed will begin an official visit to the United Kingdom. Sheikh Mohamed will be hosted to 10 Downing Street by Prime Minister Boris Johnson for a wide-ranging bilateral discussion and the establishment of a ‘Partnership for the Future’ between the two nations. A military Guard of Honor and a UK-UAE business reception will be conducted in collaboration with the meeting.
Both sides would welcome a bold partnership that established a broad foundation for future cooperation, advanced scientific and technical progress, and strengthened security and prosperity. The partnership will be strengthened by annual UK-UAE Strategic Dialogues, that will begin this year and be chaired by both nations’ foreign ministers.
