Egypt has sent three military airplanes loaded with medical supplies to Tunisia as help facing the new wave of Covid-19 contagions that nation suffers, a military communique reported on Tuesday. An army’s spokesman explained that the cargo included several tons of medicines and medical supplies to alleviate the situation of the Tunisian people. The donation was made by the Ministry of Health by instructions of President Abdel Fattah El-Sisi, he stated. Last month, Egypt sent several aircraft with aid to Tunisia, where 613,628 Covid-19 cases and 21,089 disease-related deaths have been reported since the pandemic broke out.
